John 1:1-5
The Word Became Flesh
1In the beginning was the Word, and the Word was with God, and the Word was God.
2He was with God in the beginning. 3Through him all things were made; without
him nothing was made that has been made. 4In him was life, and that life was the
light of men. 5The light shines in the darkness, but the darkness has not
understood. 14The Word became flesh and made his dwelling among us. We have seen
his glory, the glory of the One and Only, who came from the Father, full of
grace and truth.
"For all have sinned and fall short of the glory of God" Romans 3:23
"As it is written: There is none righteous, no, not one." Romans 3:10
"For the wages of sin is death, but the gift of God is eternal life in Christ
Jesus our Lord." Romans 6:23
"But as many as received Him, to them He gave the right to become children of
God, even to those who believe in His name." John 1:12
"For I delivered to you first of all that which I also received that Christ died
for our sins according to the Scriptures, and that He was buried, and that He
rose again the third day according to the Scriptures." 1 Corinthians 15:3-4
All May Be Saved Now
5Jesus answered, "I tell you the truth, no one can enter the kingdom of God
unless he is born of water and the Spirit.”
2 Timothy 2
15Do your best to present yourself to God as one approved, a workman who does
not need to be ashamed and who correctly handles the word of truth. 16Avoid
godless chatter, because those who indulge in it will become more and more
ungodly.
Mark 12
30Love the Lord your God with all your heart and with all your soul and with all
your mind and with all your strength.
31The second is this: 'Love your neighbor as yourself.' There is no commandment
greater than these."
