FOLLOWER OF JESUS CHRIST Mark 8:34-38 And when he had called the people unto him with his disciples also, he said unto them, Whosoever will come after me, let him deny himself, and take up his cross, and follow me. For whosoever will save his life shall lose it; but whosoever shall lose his life for my sake and the gospel's, the same shall save it. For what shall it profit a man, if he shall gain the whole world, and lose his own life? Or what shall a man give in exchange for his life? Whosoever therefore shall be ashamed of me and of my words in this adulterous and sinful generation; of him also shall the Son of man be ashamed, when he comes in the glory of his Father with the holy angels. DearBrother/Sister, Are we ashamed to call Jesus as the Lord - the Lord of lords, the King of kings, God of gods? Oh! Then we would not expect any better rebuttal from Him, other than He being ashamed of us, when He comes in the glory of His Father with the holy angels. Are we prepared for His Second Coming? The days are short and few. As the Bible says, it is only because of His mercy towards us, in order to see that as many as confess Jesus as the Lord of lords, that he is delaying His Second Coming. Let us not make fun of Him saying, how many generations have passed and yet He has not come, and there is a continual saying that He would come shortly. Let us remember that the people in Noah’s days also did make fun of Noah, when he preached that the disaster is ahead and that they should enter the Ark, before the disaster fell upon them. They ate and drank and suddenly the day came when the door of the Ark was closed and no one else except Noah’s family was there in the Ark. What does it profit to earn whole earth and lose one’s own life in to eternal hell fire? Let us follow Jesus Christ in all sincerity, taking up His cross. Please confess your sins to Jesus Christ and accept Him as your personal Savior before it is too late. This day may not come again in your life If you have not confessed your sins until now, it is my request to you, not to waste any more time, but to repent of your sins, and accept Jesus Christ as your personal Savior and Lord.
